Why we built this
One AI's answer wasn't enough when it really mattered.
A while back, someone I love was facing a decision that actually mattered — the kind where getting it right matters a lot more than getting it fast. I asked an AI. The answer came back confident and well-written. But confident isn't the same as correct, and this wasn't something I was willing to take on faith from a single source.
So I asked another AI. Then another — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok. I compared what each one said, looked for where they actually agreed, and paid attention to where they didn't. That process — checking one AI's answer against several independent others instead of trusting the first confident-sounding response — gave me something a single answer never could: real confidence that I wasn't just believing whichever model happened to sound most sure of itself.
That's the reason Arei exists. Not to replace your own judgment, and not to give medical, legal, or financial advice (see our full terms & disclaimer) — but to give you more to judge with. The same question, automated: sent to several independent AI models at once, with exactly where they agree (and where they don't) laid out plainly instead of hidden behind one model's confident tone. Which specific models answer your question can change as availability and quality shift — every answer is labeled with exactly which model produced it, and live provider status is public, not a claim we ask you to take on faith.
Why one answer usually isn't enough
Different AI models are built differently, trained on different data, and don't always agree — but almost nobody finds out where, because almost everyone asks one AI and takes the first answer at face value. Arei asks several models the same question at once and shows you exactly which parts of the answer are corroborated by multiple independent sources and which parts came from just one — so you're not quietly betting on a single model's blind spot without knowing it.

Built transparently, mostly by AI
In the spirit of "don't just trust one AI's confident answer" — most of Arei's own code was written by Claude (Anthropic's AI), directed by one person, one real change at a time, with strategic and product decisions cross-checked against other leading AIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) along the way — the same practice this product is built to give you. Every automated code change is tested and reviewed before it ships, and the entire history is public and read-only, not just a claim we're asking you to take on faith.
