Audit the code.

Arei runs an AI-audited technical due diligence pass on a software target's codebase before you invest or acquire — objective code-quality evidence, cross-reviewed findings from independent AI models, and a defensible report you can put in front of your investment committee. Not a subscription. One engagement, one report.

Cross-reviewed by independent AI models Objective mutation-tested code scoring Delivered in 3-5 business days Confidential, one-time engagement

One codebase. Multiple independent verdicts.

  • 01

    You share repo access

Read-only access to the target's codebase (or a redacted export) — nothing leaves your control beyond what's needed for the audit. NDA available on request.

  • 02

    Independent models cross-review the code

Multiple independent AI providers analyze the codebase separately, then cross-review each other's findings — plus objective, non-AI code-quality evidence from mutation testing. Not just one model's opinion dressed up as an audit.

  • 03

    You get a defensible report

A written report with findings verified against the actual source before they're included — not hallucinated — flagged technical debt and risk areas, and a corroboration score per finding. Something you can actually show your investment committee or the seller's team.

One AI's opinion isn't evidence. Verified, cross-reviewed findings are.

🔍

Not just an LLM's opinion

Findings are backed by mutation-testing evidence and checked against the actual source before they go in the report — not a model's confident-sounding claim taken on faith.

⚖️

Independent cross-review

Multiple independent AI providers review the codebase and each other's findings — the same cross-review discipline this project uses to gate changes to its own code.

Common questions

How is this different from a manual technical due diligence review?

A manual technical DD review typically takes weeks and costs far more, because it's one engineer's read of the codebase. Arei sends the codebase to multiple independent AI models, has them cross-review each other's findings, and backs every claim with objective mutation-testing evidence before it's written up — faster, cheaper, and every finding is checked against the real source rather than resting on one reviewer's judgment call.

What do I need to provide?

Read-only access to the target's repository, or a redacted export if the deal is pre-LOI and you can't grant direct access yet. An NDA is available on request before anything is shared.

How fast is delivery?

3-5 business days for a typical single-repository target. Larger or multi-repository targets are scoped and quoted individually — email us the details and we'll give you a real timeline before you commit.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Access is used only for the engagement you request, an NDA is available on request, and nothing about a target's codebase is retained or reused after the report is delivered.

Which AI providers does Arei use?

Arei draws on independent AI models from Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Cohere (Command), and others — each built by a different company, on different training data — so findings are cross-reviewed by genuinely independent systems, not the same model checking its own work.

Do you offer anything besides the diligence report?

Yes — Arei's main product is a consumer/self-serve multi-model Q&A tool (a free tier plus paid plans) built on the same engine that powers this diligence report. See the section below or the API docs.

Buying or investing in a software company?

Solo GPs, angel syndicate leads, and small M&A/PE deal teams doing diligence on a software acquisition or investment — without an in-house technical team to send in — are exactly who this report is built for. Skip the multi-week consulting engagement; get evidence-backed findings in days.

Larger firm with recurring diligence needs, or want a retainer instead of one-off engagements?
