Terms of Service & Disclaimer

Last updated 2026-07-07

The short version: Arei shows you what several independent AI systems say about your question, side by side, so you can judge for yourself where they agree and where they don't. It is a research and comparison tool, not a professional advisor. Nothing any AI says through Arei — including the synthesized answer — is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you're responsible for how you use it.

1. What Arei is

Arei sends your question to multiple independent, third-party AI providers, and synthesizes their independent answers into one response with a per-sentence indication of how many providers agreed. Every raw, unedited answer from every provider is always available alongside the synthesis.

2. What Arei is not

Arei is not a medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological, or other professional advisor, and nothing it or any AI provider outputs through it should be treated as such. AI-generated answers — whether from one provider or synthesized from several — can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply wrong, even when multiple providers agree with each other. Agreement between AI models is evidence of corroboration, not proof of correctness. For any decision involving your health, legal rights, finances, safety, or other high-stakes matters, consult a qualified professional who knows your specific situation — do not rely on Arei, or any AI, as a substitute.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any answer Arei provides, for independently verifying anything important before acting on it, and for any decisions you make or actions you take based on it. By using Arei, you agree that you are using AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

4. No warranty

Arei is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any AI provider's output, or Arei's synthesis of it, is correct, current, or complete.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arei and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any damages resulting from decisions made or actions taken in reliance on any AI-generated answer. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, in which case those limitations apply to you only to the extent permitted by your local law.

6. Third-party AI providers

Arei relies on independent, third-party AI providers (for example Google, Anthropic, Cohere, and others) to generate answers. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the accuracy or availability of any individual provider's output — that's exactly why Arei shows you several independently, rather than asking you to trust one.

7. Accounts, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually, by arrangement) through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until canceled — no contracts, no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime, instantly, by signing in at askarei.com and clicking "Manage subscription" in the account menu. Trouble with that? Email nonpareil.arei@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly. Billing stops at the end of your current billing period. See pricing for current plan details.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Arei after an update means you accept the current terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
